Your customized program will be designed based on what equipment you have access to, your specific training goals, your time available, and any prior injuries or limitations. Your Program will include: - Weekly check-ins discussing your plan and progress (~15 to 30 min) - Video demonstrations + written form cues for each exercise - Access to Trainerize where you will receive your program, track progress, and communicate with me - Form checks + modifications - Nutrition and recovery guidance - Constant support!!! $175/mo

1:1 In Person Training
This session will be based on your specific training goals, equipment available, and any prior injuries or limitations. This session can take place at your home or a local park. In Person Training includes: - Tailored workouts designed specifically for your goals, needs, and fitness level - Accountability and motivation - Encouragement and support to push past mental or physical barriers - Instant form feedback, adjustments, exercise modifications or progressions - Real-time guidance to improve movement patterns and prevent injuries $75/hr + travel fees depending on location

1:1 Online Training
Train from the comfort of your home, gym, or anywhere with internet access. Train with minimal or no equipment—programs can be adapted to your space. 1:1 Online Training includes: - Tailored workouts designed specifically for your goals, needs, and fitness level - Accountability and motivation - Encouragement and support to push past mental or physical barriers - Form corrections and movement adjustments to ensure proper technique and prevent injuries - Direct, interactive coaching to keep you engaged and progressing $65/hr

One - Time Written Training Program
A structured program to keep you progressing at your own pace. Your one-time customized program will be designed based on what equipment you have access to, your specific training goals, your time available, and any prior injuries or limitations. Your Program will include: - A spreadsheet where you will access your training plan and track progress - Video demonstrations for each exercise $80 one time fee
